At Skillorah, we are committed to delivering high-quality, customized training experiences. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below.

1. Course Cancellations by Client

  • Before Training Begins:
    A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made at least 7 business days before the scheduled course start date.
  • Less Than 7 Days’ Notice:
    Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date may be subject to a 25% administrative fee.
  • After Course Start:
    No refunds will be issued once the course has started or after training materials have been accessed.

2. Cancellations by Skillorah

If Skillorah cancels or reschedules a course, clients may choose one of the following:

  • A full refund, or
  • A rescheduled course date, or
  • A credit towards another training program

3. Customized Training Programs

Due to the tailored nature of our custom training services, refunds will only be provided if Skillorah is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services, minus any completed work or expenses already incurred.

4. How to Request a Refund

Include your name, course name, date of purchase, and reason for the request. We aim to process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days.

5. Exceptions

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Digital course content already delivered
  • Missed sessions without prior notice
  • Failure to meet technical requirements for accessing courses

6. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund decision was made in error, you may appeal in writing within 14 days of the original decision.
